No, they’re not.
Yet a game that once appeared to boast incredible graphics might lack that same sense of wonder and impact now, when compared to modern titles.

Alright I’ll pull the trigger.
Is there anything I should know (like tips or advice) going into the game that you wish you’d known?
Or is it better to start the game completely ignorant of what to expect?

If anything, consider reading the first two books. The final wish and the sword of destiny. Beyond that, I approached it without hesitation and was instantly drawn in.

We're trying to determine if the gameplay is considered a good game or if the graphics are the main factor. It's not as visually impressive as games like Battlefield or Battlefront with photorealistic models, but the playability remains solid. There are numerous mods available. I'm linking this YouTube channel instead of sharing a specific video, as he has updated almost every texture in the game.

Other than that, the sky seems a bit off, but most other aspects related to gameplay or graphics have mod support. My second run through included roleplaying as Deadpool, Link, and Big Boss. The health regeneration in Deadpools is really impressive.
*Note: His latest videos tagged Toussaint represent the second DLC expansion area, which is a separate end-game content and highly recommended.*
