i used that cpu around two months ago and have been running win 11 for three years. water is okay.
it depends, should be able to install windows 11.
win 11 looks a lot like windows 10, you probably won't notice much difference except in appearance. it's not worth skipping this for that reason either. i'll have to upgrade eventually.

The previous article is outdated; some of the disadvantages mentioned for Windows 11 have already been resolved. It’s simpler to configure default applications and users aren’t compelled to switch to Edge, even though it attempts to push that choice. Defender also performs better according to what I’ve heard.
Updating to Windows 11 was just a standard Windows update. I haven’t experienced any adverse effects while using it.
