It seems Windows didn't want to retain any reliability information from before the 28th. That particular day was the main issue, hence the details below:

The DM window doesn't display anything unusual or unexpected compared to my previous post—I haven't reconnected the camera or the old drive bay. All non-OS drives appear as standard, healthy NTFS partitions, and the OS drive contains a larger recovery partition (expected) after the rebuild.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but have you updated the firmware on your motherboard and looked for new drivers for your USB devices? I’m aware it might seem unlikely, but in the past I’ve faced similar problems, and updating the BIOS sometimes resolves them.

Not sure why there are no entries before the 28th: Was there an update or reinstall? Check the technical details from the failed Windows Update. Windows logs can be cleared using apps, tools (like Event Viewer), or code by users. Hopefully a confirmation request would appear before the logs are cleared, as Windows limits certain clearings. What are those "Galaxy Client Helper Application" and "Galaxy Communication Services"? Their purpose is unclear. Did you install them intentionally before or on the 28th?

I believe Galaxy Services refers to old or discontinued Star Trek games from before 2009. Not entirely certain, but they don't have to run continuously. That's typical for most systems.

I recommend verifying the listed dates to see if these entries qualify as "Galaxy". If active, then turn off or halt those "Galaxy Services" as needed.
Check what occurs or alters, and make sure they aren't being restarted through Task Manager or Task Scheduler.
