my ssd drive with windows stopped working four days ago, so i installed a new one. when trying to unzip big files, my pc would crash. opening a large ms excel causes an automatic restart. there have been ten blue screen crashes so far. here is the latest shutdown report. anyway, i want to test if it's a cpu issue or something else.

where did you obtain the installer for the operating system? regarding your platform, what is the current bios version of your motherboard? when you set up the os, did you manually install all necessary drivers for your system in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator?
I made a Windows 10 ISO file on a DVD and installed it. I completed all the updates and didn’t install any drivers for the motherboard manually. I’m not sure which BIOS version I’m using. How can I find out? What should I right-click and run as admin?
What was the speed at which you wrote the Windows ISO to the DVD? Slower is preferable. I tend to create ISOs at 4x and try to skip 16x whenever it's possible.
You could achieve a more refined setup by booting from USB instead of DVD.
Is your RAM overclocked?
I checked Excel using the same large files that caused issues before, and it functioned properly. However, when I used the extracted compressed version, it crashed again. Is there a method to assess my CPU performance? Perhaps the problem lies with the file I'm attempting to extract.
I believe it's 8x, or the standard setting. My RAM isn't overclocked.

bios updated and all drivers refreshed. The computer crashed a couple of times during the AMD Radeon driver update (once it automatically performed a Windows recovery restore to the previous version), but now everything is working properly in Windows after all updates. My computer crashed again last night. I still believe something might be wrong with the hardware, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to test and identify the cause before loading more apps, to avoid starting over with Windows.
