I'm still learning from some articles that choosing the xmp profile 1 in ir bios should boost your RAM speed. I tried it and didn't notice any issues; I can share more details if you're interested. Now I just want to confirm if this is safe to proceed. My system specs are 2200g, ddr4 8bg crosair ram at 3000mhz, motherboard 320a with a speed around 2666.

Does using DDR4 RAM at 3000MHz (previously 2166) with an XMP profile affect its lifespan? If the chip is rated for that speed, then operating it at 3000MHz shouldn't shorten its life. Everything seems fine.
