Avoid seeing 100% GPU usage which signals a GPU bottleneck.
Try adjusting your resolution or settings.
This slightly increases the GPU workload.
If your FPS remains stable, your CPU is the limiting factor and you can upgrade it.
If not, consider upgrading to a more powerful GPU.

The CPU percentage corresponding to 85% GPU usage depends on the system configuration and how resources are allocated. It's not a fixed value but varies based on other components.

It doesn't matter if the bottleneck lies on one thread; the overall percentage would remain low, though it would still affect the CPU performance.

But it might actually be the other way around, with the CPU running above 90%.

It varies, around 60 or occasionally 70.

Couldn't locate a review for it, but from what I observed during searches, it seems to be "so-so". I didn't remember who mentioned the warranty the maker provides as a good sign of quality or trustworthiness. In this situation — 3 years compared to 10 years for standard units, some even 12 years — I wouldn't say "replace it", but I think a product like this deserves better.
