The performance boost in gaming you'd notice by changing from an 11600k to a 5700x3d would be noticeable, especially since you mainly play single-player titles like Assetto Corsa, CS2 and WoW. Your current configuration includes a strong CPU, decent GPU, and solid hardware, but upgrading to the new graphics card could further enhance frame rates and overall gaming experience.

RAM: 32gb ddr4 hikvision
What is the speed of this RAM kit? 2x16GB RAM kit.
With a Z590 chipset board, you could overclock the processor, but it's currently limited by the B560 chipset. If your RAM isn't DDR4-3200MHz, you'll face significant latency issues and miss out on performance gains.
In reality, you'll likely need a B550 chipset motherboard to support a Ryzen 7 5700X3D, especially since Ryzen prefers fast, low-latency dual-channel RAM kits. For the B550 setup, a DDR4-3600MHz tight latency 2x16GB RAM kit would be ideal.
However, the challenge is the cost in your country.
Where are you located? What budget have you set for this upgrade? Why are you thinking about upgrading? How much would an 11th Gen i7 cost you?

I am based in Argentina, my current RAM kit runs at 3200mhz, and my budget is about 500 usd. Local stores are my only option due to import restrictions, so Amazon, eBay, or Newegg aren’t good choices. The 11th generation i7 and i9 are hard to find, used models cost around 500/700 usd, and I don’t understand why they’re so expensive here.
