I’m examining a desktop computer my sibling is considering purchasing, which costs $400. Is this a good investment? Also, how does one incorporate images? Here’s the link to the photographs he's shared with me: http://prntscr.com/m0eh5x

I'm attempting to include images. It’s been quite some time since I last used this platform. Could you please explain how to insert pictures? You can upload your image to https://prnt.sc/ and then paste the resulting link into your message.

This aging computer system, lacking a current Alienware model, utilizes older Radeon HD5670 graphics cards – hardware that is nearly a decade old. Furthermore, the system includes an i5-760 processor also dated by eight years. Upgrades are severely restricted and a maximum price of $300 would be my suggestion, even with the addition of solid-state drives or additional hard drives.
