I see the game is being installed to C:\XboxGames, but the download/installer is targeting a different location. You might try searching online for "installing Game Pass games not in default directory" or similar phrases. Since you don’t have Game Pass, troubleshooting won’t be possible directly.

Interestingly, the XBOX app required the game to be completely installed before use.
