Hi, I saw a benchmark video and noticed someone achieving around 20-30 FPS in GTA V with those specs. My setup is similar: Core 2 Duo E4400 at 2.0GHz, 4GB DDR2 RAM, GT730 2GB, Windows 8.1. Can I reach that same frame rate?

Are you referring to a specific game's performance metrics?

It worked well on the system, but the frame rate was around 20 frames per second.

It’s straightforward—your CPU runs quicker and you have extra RAM. If background tasks aren’t using up system resources, you should get comparable or better performance than what you saw in the video.
