I've overheated the running stable with a 30-minute prime 95 and oct test. The temperature changes between 35 and 50°C. Are these levels safe? I'm using an AMD 6300+ vishera black edition.

Super safe; check if Prime crashed on any of the threads or cores, since that would lower the temperature. Don't worry about temperatures unless you reach the 70s, at which point it matters.
