Hello everyone, I've been adjusting my CPU with Intel XTU and set the turbo boost power to unlimited. I looked at max core speed and found these links:

Sorry for the low quality, but holy.
My specs are: Intel core i3 4005u intel hd family graphics, it shut down after a few minutes. Are these speeds accurate?
Please watch the language.
it seems like a very short peak might have occurred. the average is around 1.64 ghz, which isn't a safe situation at all since even a brief spike could harm the CPU. i would take EXTREME caution because it risks damaging the CPU and the motherboard through a power surge.

On 9th August I was using my PC again, turned on turbo boost, and the GPU hit over its limits at more than 14k ghz or even mgz. I didn’t realize I was pushing it too hard—I ended up adding more than 10k cache, which really messed with me (family friendly). Sorry for the swears, I’m new. Don’t play with turbo boosts, thank god it didn’t harm my laptop.
The graphics frequency was set to 3000 MHz.
I accidentally altered the configuration, turned off the Intel clock controller service in Task Manager, and it might be related. My maximum temperature reached about 83°C.
