A low-cost motherboard and power supply aren’t just pretentious remarks. These components are crucial for the PC’s performance. If you cut corners and they fail, it could damage everything inside and turn that deal into a waste of money.
I don't like that case's ventilation either. It's way off from what I need. I prefer something with a bit less spec but still reliable.

a GPU with 16gb should be the best RAM choice, not the ARC770 16gb.
16gb is fine, but 32 is usually more suitable nowadays.
