I have a Lenovo Legion Y530 and while running MSI Afterburner it shows the CPU is around 70% and 90°C-95°C and the GPU is a 2 GB 1050 TI and it shows that it is running at 80% and 70°C-80°C,the fans sound normal while spinning and the air doesn't come out hot, the only games that usually play are GTA V world of warships both at medium settings.

The main issue with gaming on a laptop is the heat produced and the inability of the device to effectively cool it. Temperatures reaching 90-95°C can trigger the CPU to slow down to prevent overheating, which might occur around 100°C. I think this is entirely typical.
Think about these solutions: cleaning dust out, reducing settings, placing the laptop on a flat surface, or using an active cooling pad based on the vents at the bottom.

Thank you for your concern. When I play for extended periods, I sometimes check the temperature of the outflow air with my hand. It usually stays quite low and warm. To stay comfortable, I use a cooling pad because I live in a hot environment. I also applied new thermal paste to the CPU and GPU. The only times I felt worried were when it froze for about one or two frames. However, I noticed this only happens when background processes try to run, not due to major lag or frame drops. Seeing those numbers still makes me a bit anxious, but thank you again.
