the xmp profile for my RAM is 3000 15-17-35 and i overclocked it to 3200 with 16-18-18-38 same voltage 1.35.
this was mostly trial and error, i adjusted things until it worked, then i increased the timings and raised the tRAS until i could boot into windows and everything seems normal. i’m curious about my timings since i haven’t read much but just watched a yt video on overclocking and couldn’t figure out the math properly.
my ram is corsair vengeance lpx 16gb 3000

this was mostly trial and error if I adjusted it until it worked, I ended up lucky because I just increased the timings then raised the tRAS until I could boot into Windows and everything seems fine. I’m curious about my timings since I haven’t read much but watched a YouTube video on OC RAM and couldn’t figure out how to get the timings with the math.
my RAM is Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb 3000
Before you assume it’s working, make sure to download Memtest86 and run it for a few hours. Just because it boots into Windows doesn’t guarantee it’s functioning properly at all.

I ran the AIDA64 memory benchmark for about an hour and everything looks good.

I ran the aida64 memory benchmark for roughly an hour and everything worked properly.
As mentioned, memtest86 is sufficient for basic checks, but you should perform around 8 passes with memtest86 to confirm it's reliable.
