I saved the Cinebench R15 file from my machine after it started downloading. Once I launched the CPU test, this occurred. My system has a Core to Quad Q9400 processor, 6GB of RAM, and no dedicated graphics card.

Yeah, something ain't right here. You should get maybe 1300 in SMP or 1600 when overclocked.

I misunderstood the numbers initially. I verified using my Xeon X3360 (Q9550) and it shows 303 points for the CPU.
