Explore the Arozzi Aria headphones:

They feel quite soft despite their size. They tend to heat up, which is common with closed cans. The microphone is detachable and the build quality is solid.
The XFX Speedster
@ohio_buckeye
recommends it highly. The 4060 works, but the 6750XT offers better value and costs the same.
The 7900GRE is two tiers above and performs exceptionally well. Go for it unless your gaming requirements are lower. If you’re playing games that don’t need it, it might be excessive.
Knowing your game preferences can guide your decision.
Also, if you’re seeking a quieter PSU, the beQuiet! Dark Power 13 is a top choice. Your Corsair is fine but the prices are similar.

Avoid purchasing an OEM Windows license. It’s tied to one machine only. With a new PC, you’ll need a fresh license. A new motherboard requires another one.
A retail or download license can be transferred, allowing you to upgrade hardware or purchase a new PC while retaining your Win 11 license.
A download license simply provides the serial key. Retail versions include a USB installer.

We have reviewed your build and are making comparisons to better understand the differences and why certain aspects might be considered superior. The CPU cooler you recommended is preferable despite its lower RPM because of the reduced noise it produces. Overall, everything appears to be satisfactory with your selections, and we will incorporate your suggestions into the build.

All the coolers recommended in the discussion are strong or outstanding, including the standard AMD cooler (available with certain processors, though some CPUs come without one). The variations are small. Often the perfect cooler isn't available, forcing a choice of alternatives.
