That's one possibility, though I'm not entirely confident. It can sometimes be unpredictable or inconsistent.
Tech deals, on youtube, promotes a site for keys, that they have never had an issue with. You can even get a discount, if you use their promo code. I think Tech Yes City has a site as well. It is still possibly a bit of a gamble though. I have never personally tried them, as I still have plenty of keys left over, from an old technet subscription.

I have relied on them consistently without any problems, yet people often share experiences of them failing.
