Hi everyone. I've noticed that with my GTX 1660, sometimes I'd switch to using my PC (Windows 10 Pro) and still see a display, but the system would freeze. After downgrading to a GTX 780, the problem disappeared. Now that I've upgraded to an RTX 2060 a few days ago, it's happening again. I have a BeQuiet Pure Performance power 11 500 Watt. Could this be because my PSU isn't powerful enough for the card, or should I worry about something else? I shared my Hardware Monitor stats a couple of weeks ago and everything looked normal.

I also have an i9 10900kf with 3.7ghz and 32gb DDR4 RAM. I've read that reboots and the BSoD might indicate issues, but nothing about the frozen display. Thanks.

What is the age of the PSU? If it's outdated, it's time to replace the PSU.

PP 11 500w is not older than approximately five years, yet the PSU isn't the problem. The Windows freezing isn't related to the PSU.
Remove the GeForce drivers using DDU and reinstall them.
What is the brand and model of the motherboard?
Is the motherboard's BIOS completely current?

MSI Mag Bazooka B460M is available. I might attempt the BIOS setup. It's been several years. Could it be I'm relying on Windows RTX drivers instead of Nvidia's?

The MB has a very weak VRM for a 10900K. It might cause thermal throttling when CPU usage increases.
Just give it a try what I recommended.

Download and set up the nvidia driver for your card straight from nvidia. Cleaning out with ddu might not be needed, but it wouldn't hurt.
