the oc is really good, but i'd prefer fewer fps and less heat. 84c feels a bit too high for such an expensive card.

Arronleeds says the price is quite good, but he prefers fewer frames per second and less heat. For him, 84c feels a bit too high, especially for a card that costs a lot. He suggests keeping it under 80c if possible, as 84c isn't terrible but not the best.

Sergeant_Sneaky shares his thoughts:
Arronleeds mentions the OC is decent but prefers lower FPS and less heat. He suggests 84c might be too much for a costly card. He advises keeping it under 80c, noting 84c isn't terrible but not ideal. He thinks the case likely has poor airflow, making 84c on a Strix card quite high, though he finds the new cooler design appealing.

Gamer1985 shared that 1548Mhz is a solid overclock for a 980TI. Going past 1500Mhz is seen as a high-quality upgrade. Overclocking is normal, and some people hesitate to push too hard, but it doesn’t hurt anyone. That’s the takeaway from his comment. Thanks!

Arronleeds mentions that the item is good but prefers lower FPS and less heat. He suggests keeping it under 80c unless possible, noting 84c is a bit too much for a costly card. He believes the airflow might be poor, making 84c on a Strix card high, though the new cooler design looks appealing. Thanks for the warning, will let him know.
