Hi there
I tried using a telemarketer from a computer service to set up a PC. I’m checking if he really understands what he’s doing, whether there are any bottlenecks, and if the parts I chose are suitable. I just want to confirm this configuration works well for running games at high settings, making sure everything is compatible.

H5 FLOW 2024 NZXT case
LITEPOWER RGB 650W THERMALTAKE power supply
I5-14600KF UP TO 5.3GHz 24MB 1700 TRAY cpu
NH-U12S REDUX NOCTUA cpu cooling
PRIME B760M-K 1700 DDR5 ASUS B760 motherboard
CRUCIAL PRO 2X16GB DDR5 5600MHz ram
CRUCIAL P3 PLUS PCIe GEN 4 NVMe 1TB M.2 SSD memory ssd
GeForce RTX5060 TI WINDFORCE GDDR7 8GB GIGABYTE gpu

At first, the advice was to use the B760M BOMBER WIFI 1700 DDR5 MSI B760, but that ran out. Later he suggested the MSI B760M GAMING PLUS WIFI 1700 DDR5 MSI B760, which also failed.

Now the first PSU he recommended was SMART BM3 S.MODULAR BRONZE 750W THERMALTAKE, but that ran out too. So he gave me the PSU above—should I have any issues with those replacements?

This system isn't very reliable. The PSU isn't a top-tier component, and 14th gen Intel has also faced degradation problems that I'm not sure have been resolved properly. That's why I'm sticking with my 12700k. I wouldn't suggest going with an 8GB GPU either. The RAM is slow, and even if 14th gen had no issues, it should be used with a Z series board. Check out the link in my profile for build advice, and let me know when you have all the relevant details. We can set up a much better configuration together.

Which nation do you hail from, what financial limits apply to you, and what is your decision threshold?
