This build looks solid for 2020. My budget is between $700 and $800 and it should work well with upcoming next-gen titles. What are your thoughts? Any suggestions would be really helpful!

It would be wise to consider adding $60 to $80 and receive 2060 Super instead.
All are fine, but the morherboard, is very basic.
For about the same price, you get a quality B450:
