You're asking for a comparison between two cases, but you're unsure which one is better.

They look nice, I have no experience of them though.
Its easy to throw a glass front and rgb fans on a case and forget airflow.
The amount of people who are putting aesthetics before function now is rife.
They may be decent, they may not.
I'm familiar with the zalman, I actually know it has decent airflow and is well made.
I honestly can't comment on cases I've never seen in real life.

This power supply (be quiet! System Power 9 600W, 80PLUS Bronze) is superior to the Gigabyte P650B 650W 80+ Bronze. Will the 600W provide sufficient power for this machine?

A 450w would suffice.
The Bequiet is average.
It's still safe.
I might suggest sticking with the gigabyte if the cost matches.

Sure, here are some options under $65 for a 600W-650W PSU.

It's still a bit tempting to mention the gigabyte. Most of them, except the seasonic, are older group-regulated units. I refer to the seasonic, but that's just a badge thing and isn't very impressive at all. In terms of component quality, the gigabyte stands out as the best, though it hasn't been around long enough to be a solid recommendation. I might actually purchase one this weekend just to take a look.

Sure, let me share my thoughts on the Gigabyte P650B 650W 80+ Bronze once you've purchased it. I'm excited about getting this computer and want to make sure everything works smoothly. Also, could you recommend a reliable PSU in the 600W to 650W range for around $65? Thanks for your help.
