Hello, I own several components for an extended period: a Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB RAM at 3200MHz, an ASUS TUF B550M gaming plus, and an XPG Pylon 650W PSU. I previously had an RTX 3060 without issues before selling it. Recently, I purchased an RTX 4070 which I played with for three months smoothly. Yesterday, my PC crashed completely while using Windows Media Player—while watching a recorded video, R6 Siege was running in the background (alt-tabbed). My system never froze during gaming or heavy GPU tasks; I ran a Heaven benchmark for about ten hours to test the GPU after receiving it. I began using WMP and first saw the image hang while audio continued playing. The crash happened after the image, with no display driver errors or BSODs detected in Event Viewer. Windows only reported an improper shutdown. There are no kernel logs or dumps available. I recently installed a G Hub, but I’m unsure if Logitech software could be involved. I also ran MemTest86 on my RAM and saw no errors. This issue seems to stem from hardware rather than software. Could you help me understand if there’s a problem with WMP or if my hardware is faulty? How can I access this log further?

Did you unplug the g-hub and verify functionality? Deduction in action.

probably it was removed already, though i think windows still recognizes it in the registry. the event viewer even displays log files, which suggests it's still present.
