Besides the type C port, the DMI 4 connection for the extra M.2 isn’t essential for everyday use unless you’re pushing the 3.0 bandwidth limit and require more buffer space—something most consumers won’t need.

You could use either of your USB dongles or the USB drive depending on what you need most. If you're mainly using them for files, the dongles are convenient. If you need more storage or flexibility, the USB drive might be better.

Itx isn't the most popular form factor for b550 boards from what I have seen. This one is decent though I'm sure there is another itx board that I forgot about lol. You can watch this video reviewing itx b550 boards.
