@Arika S beat me to the meme. Roblox works fine on macOS but seems sluggish. It's poorly optimized. I'm ready to take your Mac Mini away—I've been craving a 2014 model.

Are you sure you want OP to face a challenging gaming session? It seems like a NASA computer is required for Roblox.
You're not sure about the question... Are you trying to improve the gaming experience by making it more playable? You seem to have limited options.
Increasing RAM would be helpful, and DDR3 is currently quite affordable.
Beyond that, I'm uncertain whether a better CPU can fit, though I think it's unlikely. The 2014 model doesn't support Thunderbolt 3, so an eGPU isn't possible either.
I haven't played Roblox, but I know it's poorly optimized. I'd recommend another game—even Minecraft runs on a basic Atom laptop, which is not ideal—but that would be a risky choice.
TL;DR – It might just be time to upgrade the whole system.
Apple products are seldom wise choices.
