Is this a fraudulent offer? Paying $30 for $5,600 seems highly suspicious.

The page failed to load for me, and I don’t regularly shop on Aliexpress except for items meant as desk props—none of my purchases have been that way. I’d recommend considering eBay instead, where you can find similar products for about $100, or even lower if an auction is available.
The lowest price I've found for an R5 5600 is 110€, which definitely feels like a scam. If it sounds too good, it usually is.
They’re really trying to reach out, even with no product photo. It seems like they’d consider shipping a real Ryzen 5600 with bent pins rather than just a fake one. I think it’s safer to look on Facebook’s used market instead of risky Chinese sites. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference. Edited April 19, 2024 by ImWilly.
It seems you're guessing about a model year. Could you clarify what you're referring to?
If you're unsure, you're definitely unsure. Avoid purchases if you even think something is suspicious, unless you have a secure way to exchange—such as meeting in a public place where you can check the item before giving cash.
