Update for everyone: I pushed the clock even further and reached 4.86ghz. At 1.42V temps it stayed pretty consistent. Prime95 ran for six hours with an average of 58°C, hitting 74 once but then dropping to 55-60°C. I plan to keep this near an 80% boost and it feels great knowing I won’t even reach those temps most of the time. Thanks all.

Fair play, mate. Even getting 74 once is still a solid achievement for that speed. I own an old first-gen 17 950 and really want to overclock it, but since I don’t have much experience, I’m trying to learn quickly.
One day I’ll be this brave! lol. Great job, man.
