Is this a common issue among players?
I own an i5 4690k with 4.2 cores and a GTX 970 featuring 16 GB of system RAM. Although I've adjusted the game settings to maintain 60+ frames, the menus still lag significantly. When I load a map, input delay jumps to over 2 seconds and the frame rate drops to zero. I've tried tweaking all the configurations without success. Everything else functions smoothly, but the map and menus remain unresponsive.
The menu operates at 30 frames per second, which could explain the perceived lag.
Hold on a moment, Rockstar is about to resolve everything—it just dropped yesterday.
The menu seems to freeze when I press escape. It probably runs around 5 frames per second or less. Also, clicking on menu items is very slow, which isn’t normal.
I'm happy to be with someone else... I understand what 30 frames per second feels like. The map is performing much better than that. Still, it doesn't affect my ability to enjoy the game.
We share very similar systems, but mine seems to be more affected, yet I didn<|pad|> to experience this problem.
