I set up my R9 5950X with a Rog crossfire darkhero mobo dominator, Plat 32GB, 3600W EVGA 3070TI, and a Corsair PSU H150i with water cooling. I'm running Cod and experiencing some performance hiccups—CPU usage is around 30%-36%, RAM usage about 50%, and GPU utilization near 98%. It's getting frustrating because I keep seeing significant FPS drops.

I wouldn't really say that there is a bottleneck here. Everything seems very well balanced.

Based on the available details, it seems you're looking for a match that fits your needs. Pairing Zen3 with Ampere appears to be a suitable option.

You're on an Odyssey OLED display and want to enhance your appearance while gaming, but you're experiencing frequent frame drops in MWZ mode.

CPU activity seems a bit elevated since it will be using many cores, possibly reaching full capacity while still keeping average usage below 50%. Games don’t always make optimal use of all cores. Running your GPU at full power with some CPU capacity remaining for other tasks offers the best compromise.

Yes, I'm utilizing upscaling methods such as DLSS and FSR to enhance the image quality.
