I'm dealing with an unusual problem where pressing two keys together halts the press of another key. For instance, if you hold 'w' while simultaneously clicking another key like 'a' or the space bar, 'w' stops. This happens most noticeably during gaming sessions when I can't move or jump. The issue seems to appear only with this specific keyboard. Switching keyboards on the same computer fixes it, but it still works on other setups. I've tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the drivers, but nothing has resolved it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It's a Corsair K55 RGB. I attempted to update the firmware with iCUE, but that didn't resolve the issue
🙁

verify the configurations in the Corsair control program to confirm that any aspects related to key presses which might be contributing to the problem are not activated.

Nothing is there in iCUE which could be causing it. In fact, I didn't even have iCUE (Corsair control software) until this error happened where I downloaded it to try see if anything there could fix it.
