The problem is here. My computer won’t power on, I attempted to fix it by cleaning and re-seating the RAM, resetting the BIOS, and cleaning again, but it doesn’t work. Then I tried using the RAM on a friend’s PC, which worked. I assumed the issue was with the motherboard, so I replaced it with a new one. On the CPU pins, there’s a black component I don’t understand. After installing it on my new board, it still won’t open. Is the CPU the problem? My CPU is a Ryzen 5 5600G and I don’t have a dedicated GPU.

The images aren't very sharp. There appears to be some staining on certain pins. Have you attempted to install this CPU? If yes, could you specify the motherboard's make and model?

Gently clean the pins of your CPU using isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush, such as a toothbrush. The black residue likely consists of dust combined with a liquid that has dried. It might also be a sign of corrosion.
