Is there someone who can assist with the dump file for your new PC?
I've just received this PC and it's been crashing three times already. The first incident showed a BSOD with irql_not_less_or_equal, the next two ended with black screens when I held the power button to reset. In the Event Viewer, event 41 power-kernel was logged. After running sfc /scan, DISM commands, and a memory test, everything looked fine. I've updated drivers via Device Manager and turned off fast startup.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model if it's been in service for a while. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Where did you source the installer for your OS?
Thank you for the welcome and sorry for not including my specs! This is a IBUYPOWER prebuilt I bought so unfortunately, I don't know the age or how long the PSU has been in service and the source for my OS it came with the computer.

It seems the system has been repeatedly BSODed, though only one dump was provided. This makes diagnosing the issue challenging, but the data hints at a possible SSD-related fault. The code points to an exception involving an illegal instruction, likely due to a driver error in MsMpEng.exe during operation on a storage drive. Removing and reinserting the M.2 drive is recommended, as improper seating can cause similar problems. Additionally, running the V2 log collector and uploading the results may provide more clarity for further troubleshooting.
I truly value your assistance in this situation. Initially, the computer wasn't configured to produce minidump files upon crashing, but after adjusting the settings, a dump was created during the second incident. However, on the third crash, no dump was generated until the fourth one appeared—a blue screen displaying the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error, which resulted in another minidump being saved. Now it's crashing again, this time showing a black screen, and a new dump has been created. I've uploaded all the files to the same Google Drive link provided:
