Hello everyone
I recently purchased the Logitech PRO X 2 Wireless Headset, but I'm facing several issues.
After installing the wireless dongle, the headset was recognized directly in GHUB, and the driver was set up. So far there are no problems.
However, the first issue arose: the headset was mistakenly recognized as a speaker, and when I turned it on, the sound stayed on the PC speakers.
Despite having test sounds in the headset and a microphone recording, the audio didn<|pad|> to not switch to the headset from other sources like YouTube, games, or videos.
I also tried Bluetooth on my phone, and the sound worked through the headphones.
Later, when testing wired connections, there was still no audio output.
I’m confused and have tried adjusting various settings, but nothing resolved the problem.
If anyone has any suggestions, I really need help—I’m quite frustrated right now.
My headset is a €270 model, and I’m worried it might be defective.
I hope you can provide some useful tips.
Looking forward to your answers (hopefully they help!).

I think the issue might be related to your Windows configuration, which you can usually fix by checking the speakers. You should be connecting them to a 3.5 mm socket (Green) on the back of your motherboard. Your system likely has several Sound Output Devices, but Windows can only handle one at a time. In the bottom left corner of your screen, type "Sound Settings" into the search bar and open it. The first option will be Output Device, showing all your devices. You should see the Realtek motherboard audio and the Logitech device listed. It’s possible the system is currently set to use Realtek audio and sending sound through the speaker port. Switch it to use the Logitech setup. Exit the window and test your audio again; it should work through a headset.
