Hey, I've been having trouble recently where a website pops up saying I don't have internet even though I do. I refresh the page a few times and it starts working again. It happens with an installer that needs internet for Minecraft Forge and other stuff too. I tried updating my router's firmware both new and old versions. I also tried reinstalling Windows and the drivers.

It is weird and hard to get this right because of IPv6. You should turn off IPv6 on your computer to fix it.
