Paperweights are quite heavy! PSUs this inexpensive could easily be blown away by a strong breeze!

I'm not confident in being any clearer. It would be tough to locate a power supply that's worse than this.
If I saw you installing it in one of my computers, I'd report it to the authorities.

Sadly, a low-quality power supply is just a low-quality power supply and poses the same risk to your parts, regardless of your wealth. I’d really appreciate it if you could find a better PSU for this price, but unfortunately not.
