Is there anyone interested in getting a GHL PC port?
Guitar Hero Live is something I've really enjoyed playing for a long time. It's disappointing that it won't be available on my PC now. I thought it would be great to hear what the community thinks—honestly, they could make every console controller USB-compatible since all platforms support it, which would simplify porting to PC. They definitely can do it, and I hope they do! Any other Guitar Hero fans here who play PC?
Played GH and RB in my youth; would like to enjoy them on my PC now.
Opt for a PC edition of Rockband 4. It's the perfect match for Avenged Sevenfold. That's why I ever picked up Black Ops 2.
The key point for the PC version of Rock Band is straightforward. I had both GH and RB on an Xbox 360. Now I don’t own an Xbox 360. Throughout my gaming time, I used a different machine—actually spanning several generations of PCs. The biggest benefit a PC offers over consoles is lasting compatibility. Even if future Windows versions can’t play older games, you still have options like virtual machines. For emulators, services might disappear years later, such as the original Xbox Live for DLC packs. It makes sense to own these titles on PC right now. A simple Intel Atom board that fits behind your TV could easily run GH or RB. Or you can stream the game from your PC to your main room using Steam or similar devices. It was probably better to have GH on Xbox 360 in 2007, but I’d prefer it on PC today.
I used to love playing guitar, but now I focus on real instruments. Gh3 was my top choice, and I spent countless hours learning online.
