You might consider using a dual-boot setup with 10 and 11. 10 can be used for Valorant, while 11 handles everything else. Just set up Windows 10 normally, but place it on a separate partition from the one where 11 is installed.

You can use either Windows 10 Home or Pro to resolve this issue. Try downgrading with the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool, select "Upgrade this PC now," and it should perform a downgrade similar to an update.
