Yeah, no visible physical harm. PC is clean and fans are working properly. Thermal paste hasn't been re-applied before. I don't mind mobile problems. I've never experienced crashes or freezes while playing games (except the game closing, maybe a bug or compatibility issue), so it's unlikely the CPU is the issue. To confirm, what tests can I perform on the CPU?

Execute benchmarks such as Cinebench and PerformanceTest to evaluate system performance under load. These tests will assess the stability of your CPU. Download PassMark PerformanceTest - PC Benchmark Software to measure your PC's hardware speed and compare it with other machines. It covers disk, 3D, and CPU tests. www.passmark.com https://www.maxon.net/en/cinebench

Pass Mark's PerformanceTest executed without issues.
Cinebench operates on Windows, which wasn't installed, so I used stress-ng with specific settings—CPU 4, 2 vms, 50% VM bytes, 30-minute timeout—on live Linux Mint. It also completed successfully.

I've confirmed it works on Live Linux as well. I detected a slight noise from the CPU/heatsink when I took off the cover.

He ran well too; first and third laps; second lap was a struggle. Had to use the SSD connected.

It seems to be a Windows issue. The initial test of Superposition only showed some flickering, similar to what Linux Mint experiences often, but not Ubuntu 22.04.5, which I set up two days ago without any problems like hangs, crashes, or restarts.

It looks like this. A new setup of Windows with driver updates later would be ideal.
