OCing carries risks, but understanding the guidelines and mastering the technique can help. The PSU should handle this well considering the variety of CPUs available.

Thank you a lot. I understand it's not safe, but of course I don't want to damage my GTX 1060.
I really love it. I think getting married to it would be perfect. JK. Basically, I just want to match up with the factory version overclocked one. That's all.

It shouldn't cause any damage. We clearly stated it won't impact GPU overclocking, and it definitely won't enable CPU overclocking since it isn't a Z270 board.

I upgraded my Acer tc-220 with new RAM, GPU, Wi-Fi card, power supply, and Zotac GTX 1050Ti OC 4gb edition. Using MSI afterburner, I can only achieve a core speed of 113MHz and a memory boost of 3MHz. I've noticed on YouTube that other users get significantly better results, so am I getting the low-quality OEM board and BIOS, or is the OC card already at its limit? Or did I receive faulty silicon?
