Is there an issue with your R5 7600x assembly?
Hello, I recently upgraded to a new PC but left out a GPU and storage drives. I transferred my previous GTX 1080 TI GIGABYTE with old storage to the new build. However, I noticed my performance remains almost identical to my old setup in games like AC Origins, RDR2, and Watch Dogs 2, all set to 4K ultra resolution. This led me to question whether something is amiss with my new configuration, especially since I expected better results from the R5 7600X.
I tested both builds with the same games at full settings. My old build used an Intel i5 9400F, MSI H310, T-force delta RAM (DDR4 2666 MHz, 2x8, 16 GB), and GIGABYTE GTX 1080 TI. The new build features a Ryzen 5 7600X, MSI PRO A620 M-E, PATRIOT VIPER VENOM DDR5 5200MHz (2x8, 16 GB).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I transferred my previous GPU, a GTX 1080 TI GIGABYTE, along with the storage drives from my earlier setup to the new configuration.
