Just found a possible issue with Chrome. Open a new tab to keep this note safe. Position your mouse at the top-left corner between the first tab and the screen edge—blue on my wallpaper—and double-click. It closes...

It's not a bug, just a missing icon in Chrome. Try clicking it once...
