Hello! It’s unlikely the 4070TI will cause a bottleneck with the Ryzen 7 5800X. You should be fine for a PC upgrade. Thanks!

When viewed at 1080p, the quality isn't ideal, but it improves significantly at resolutions above that.

Depends on the game and situation: On competitive 1080p CSGO, you might still fall behind a 7800x3D setup due to CPU limits. At 4K in Cyberpunk2077 on Ultra, performance will be comparable to 7800X3D thanks to GPU power. Setting graphics to high or higher and playing at 1440P or more usually avoids CPU issues. Turn-based RTS titles like Civilization can offer a slight edge (1-5%) but are uncommon.

Your interpretation is incorrect. The 4070Ti wouldn't cause a bottleneck with the 5800X, and the 5800X wouldn't restrict the 4070Ti. The CPU handles frame preparation for the GPU, not the reverse.
