I'm not sure, but the Fatal1ty X470 Gaming K4 board doesn't seem to have an HDMI port listed.
No - I don't know of any board with an "In" port for HDMI. They're usually connected to the monitor. For streaming purposes, you'll need a capture card with USB or PCI-E connectivity. I just noticed the spec page mentioned an "Input" port, but after checking again, it still doesn't appear there—just HDMI output for the monitor.
This board features an HDMI output for CPUs with built-in graphics.
For a capture card I’d prefer a PCI-E based one if available, as they generally perform better than USB options, though they come at a higher cost. I currently own a USB-based capture card and have a PCI-E model in development, which I found on sale last week. It was listed at $200 US then, so I had to purchase it quickly. Although it’s more expensive now, it remains a solid value considering the price at the time. This purchase was made from Newegg.com. There are superior alternatives, but for my needs it’s sufficient and will last a long time.
