This situation wasn’t an issue before, but recently I’ve experienced some significant performance drops. My PC hasn’t underperformed during these tests either. I’m unsure what more information would help, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
All drivers are current.
I reinstalled a new version of Windows about a month ago and reformatted my drives.
Very few background applications are running at once.
I’m not certain if this is connected, but sometimes all my peripherals disconnect and reconnect unpredictably, and Discord streams often suffer from audio/video sync problems or crashes.
It could be useful to examine the main storage drive since it stands out most during the UBM operation. Checking its status with CrystalDiskInfo and then running CrystalDiskMark would help confirm any irregularities.

My Corsair MP600 write speeds seem extremely slow. I’m unsure if it’s caused by background apps, a virus, or driver problems, but it shouldn’t be this slow. Additionally, my computer has been targeted by various malware, ransomware, and mining software, and having the MP600 several years old might be contributing to the issue.
There seems to be a major issue with the performance. You might want to look into the task manager or resource manager to check for any activity on the disk. This could help determine if software is running. It’s also possible the drive is failing, but SMART isn’t detecting anything.
I had Valorant running in the background even after closing it. I finished the task and reran the crystal diskmark with a quicker scan, but the write speeds actually got worse. I can perform some drive health checks, though it shouldn’t be this bad.
