Certainly, I'll skip the unnecessary part.
Do you think it's worth trying the motherboard with the new PSU (RM750x) or should we avoid it to prevent any damage?

Well, if there is a short on MoBo, PSU Short Circuit protection would kick in and safely shut down the PSU, with no damage to PSU itself.

Thanks, some moderately good news at last. Then I'll try the new PSU with the current mobo first (and with my previous mobo afterwards if necessary) before deciding what other parts I need to replace.

No.
I possessed a green label CX600.
It failed, and carried away the motherboard with it.

I encountered some delays when trying to get my new PSU because Amazon insisted on using a very unreliable carrier, whose delivery staff frequently lose or steal packages... This situation taught me an important lesson. If you're in Belgium, France, or Luxembourg, don't expect your order—especially from 'Colis Privé'—to arrive on time or at all. There was even a national TV report about them.

Going back to the main point ('replace your PSU on schedule'), I connected the new PSU to the motherboard just to check for faults, and immediately noticed a buzzing sound along with a burning smell. As a result, I ordered a replacement motherboard as well. Fortunately, my computer started working again using the old motherboard, and both GPUs appear to be functioning properly so far. I’ll test the CPU, RAM, and drives once the new motherboard arrives.

Thanks a lot everyone!
Summary: I used my PSU beyond its warranty, which likely damaged the motherboard. I needed a replacement PSU and motherboard.
