I don’t know much beyond mom and pop shops that usually provide that extended warranty for used laptops. However, I’ve bought several used laptops from Newegg. I tend to choose sellers with high ratings, and generally the equipment arrived in better shape than described. The only recurring issue was needing a replacement battery almost every time.
