This could be a really confusing question but, can your PC handle DS3? Yes, the 750TI is the cheapest option and your CPU performs better than the cheapest one, so that makes sense.

Reviewing discussions usually results in about 30-40 frames per second when adjusting the settings (at 1080p).

I use the same GPU and an i3 equivalent. The game works well at medium and high settings, averaging 35-50 FPS based on the environment. I kept performance above 30 consistently.
