You're aware of how your ISP limits speeds, right? But Netflix often needs much more—like 550Mbps or more, even if it's a bit slower. Steam seems to behave similarly in some cases, especially for popular games such as Siege. Anyone have any insights?

Bitrate differs from the download speed your ISP assigns to your link. You cannot exceed the speed your ISP provides. Sometimes there are premium plans that offer faster rates for specific websites and applications, or more often, general throttling applies.
