I enjoyed capturing moments with my phone and then instantly accessing iPhoto to view them. Are there similar options available?

They're similar to Dropbox, which I use to sync photos from my iPhone to my PC.

It seems Dropbox could function, but I was looking for a solution tailored for photos. I might just reinstall it. Thanks!

It uses iCloud Photo Stream, already available in iOS 7 and later. It connects with the iCloud Control Panel on Windows.
